Rude office staff. Tried to cheat a friend out of rent. Would not recommend to anyone. Many complaints... Believe it has the highest turn-over rate in the area.
One small grill for all 400 people. Dog poop. Dogs barking at 5am waking everyone up.. they do nothing.
Has become a section-8 mecca and there is no such thing as peace and quite at this place. Pool has 40 children in it... no privacy... adults cannot swim because of all the guests and children. What a mess.
Stay away... you'll end up moving out early like most do.

Interesting, do you actually live here? I find this to be a wonderful community. They do allow dogs - but most owners are respectful of other residents. Also, there are 2 grills on the property - seriously, have you already been here?
