BEWARE





We made an appointment to see a property with these realtors and they didnt show up, thankfully the current tenant was nice enough to let us look at the place. When we decided we liked the place we called and filled out the paperwork and were notified by the realtors that we were approved. Hearing this we switched over the utilities, did the change of address and rented the truck. A few days before the scheduled meeting to sign a lease and recieve the property keys, the realtor called and told us we were declined by the house owner. We had 4 days to find another place and un-do the moving arrangements we had previously made. Overall Id say to stay away from these realtors they were very unprofessional and put us in a bind.


We also noticed after the whole ordeal when we were searching for another place that they relisted the property at a higher price on their website.





** Bad communication including an approval and then a denial 4 days before the move.





** Didnt show up at our scheduled appointment to view the property





** Very unprofessional ----watch out----

You made arrangements without signing a lease... Seems like you are to blame for some of the problems!
