It was unfortunate that the landlord denied this applicant 4 days before moving but they did not submit and application until about 7 days before their move date. They were told by us that providing that the Landlord accepted their applications we would sign a lease. The Landlord is stationed in Kuwait and we needed to allow for time differences to present the applications. Bessette Realty used every effort to convince the Landlord to accept their applications, we negotiated with the Landlord for 3 days but despite our efforts they were denied by the Landlord. This applicant was kept informed during the negotiation process as to the Landlords concerns. The price was never increased on our website. It was decreased in the newspaper.



Given the fact that they had a short window of time to move we understood their situation and offered to show this tenant other properties in order to try and help them. They declined seeing our other offered listings.
