We recently rented a three bedroom from the "Rental Queens" right in Arlington center. And for what we paid, I feel we got a great deal! Joanne was very sure that we would like the place, and we fell in love with it. Both Joanne and Loretta were very professional, and we had no problems with all of the paperwork. When Loretta said "If you need anything, just call us. We'll always take care of you", she meant it. I feel very confident that if a need ever arises, both Loretta and Joanne will be there for us.

The facts:

The apartment was squeaky clean, even for an older house
All of the utilities and locations of the panels, shutoffs, etc, were shown to us
We were told we have plenty of parking- and we do!!!
We have great neighbors!

We recommend the "Rental Queens" highly!
