If you don't have expectations for prompt, courteous, professional treatment, then these two queens are just right. If you are looking for an apartment and want to waste your time filling out an application with a subsequent runarround, then by all means, you've come to the right place. If you expect poor to no follow through on questions about prospective rental properties, then you've hit the jackpot. If you like to get jerked around, look no further!!! I gave up and went with Century 21 in Cambridge who set me up with a professional, courteous agent who got me a great apartment in Arlington and was treated respectfully.
