Brattle Drive is a 6-building complex in Arlington, managed by Brattle Realty Trust. The location is quiet, right next to the Minuteman Bikeway. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The common areas are kept very clean. The parking is sufficient, but not plentiful -- overnight guest parking is discouraged by orange stickers threatening towing. Storage lockers are in the attic, about 4x4x8 feet. Windows are double-pane, for good heat retention. AC is fair -- a wall-mounted unit near the ceiling in the living room. The management forbids washing of one's own car in the parking lot. A great place to live if you don't mind a little lack of freedom in how you use the common areas.
