Excellent management, good price

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
Stayed there (11 allen street) for 3 years. Overall we had a very good experience. The house condition was excellent. The appliances were new.
The management was very quick to respond to any emergency, even to cases of being locked out. Every afternoon the building was cleaned from inside (stairs, railings..) The snow removal, spring cleaning was done on time.
Also in 3 years time, the rent was increased only by $100 (1997 - 2000)
