Please avoid these rentals as much as you can. There are many many better opportunities in the same area. I lived here for quite a while. And honestly it got worse and worse. The landlord and their "honest courteous hard working" staff as they like to call themselves are anything but that. Rude, unfriendly, discourteous, condescending are a few very good words to describe them. The treat their tenants as prisoners, as someone receiving a favor because they get to reside in their properties. The landlord (or the property manager as he calls himself) is extremely rude. The staff is very bad. Basics such as keeping the common areas clean, snow removal, maintenance calls are not dealt with properly. If the maintenance staff show up they will not fix problems and blame you for them. They will ask you to move your cars at no notice. (We'll be doing such and such work this Wednesday, move your cars or you will be towed, They will tell you this on a Monday evening for a piece of work that could have been planned well in advance). Snow removal is slow and inadequate. I heard of a few cars that were damaged during snow removal. The apartments themselves are old and dirty. The walls are thin and the floors are creaky. Insulation is very poor so even if they tell you "heat is included in the rent" plan on freezing during the winter and spending some cold sleepless nights. I would urge you avoid these properties and look at the plenty of other alternatives available in the area.

I have been living in one of these apartments for a year now, and I couldn't disagree more with the above review. My experience was all in favor of the friendly staff, quick to respond, extremely hardworking, diligent snow removal (they even do it well before business hours). There was once a work in the parking lot which they announced weeks before. I have to agree with the thin walls, however, expect some noise from above / next door. I never spent a sleepless night due to cold, though, although at times it wasn't very warm. Overall, I am happy with the apartment and the realty itself.
