My building was nice and quiet and well-maintained. Staff a little curt but was very responsive for maintenance. If you plan to live there keep your windows closed during the summer, spring and fall because they use nasty chemicals on the lawn and it will make you sick.

I have just rented an apartment from brattle drive but I have't moved in yet. Is it cold in the apartments in winter? Mine is on the third floor right below the addict.
