Those who exploit a lessee's ignolance

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
They say a lease must be at least twelve months even in the case of 'fixed term tenancy' according to the Massachusetts law, but it's not true. They don't pay the interest of the last month's deposit to a lessee, but it breaks the law.
