i love this building. it's very quiet in the evening but the owner-manager family maintains this property always tidy. the interior might look somewhat outdated but everything is functional and very well maintained. the rent is very reasonable, compared to the overpriced apartment complex only a block away. most apartment comes with a good-sized balcony and the view from there is very pleasant. everyone in this apartment is friendly and neat. this is a great apartment for anyone who is looking for a tranquil lifestyle away from the city.
