My experience with Churhill Management has been a positive one. I have been renting with this company since 2003 and I have seen some wonderful improvements to the building. The staff is very accomodating and will resolve maintenance problems promptly. The owner of the company seems very dedicated and I frequenlty see him inspecting our building. He treats us all very respectfully and it's very comforting knowing he knows us all on a first name basis.
