The good thing about this place is the location and building itself. The studio has a good sized kitchen, bath and closets. Otherwise it was horrible; trash is a problem (overflowing dumpsters), getting an assigned parking spot is a problem, security of the building is non-existent--pretty much anyone can walk into the building; my apartment was broken into; management was very poor but from my understanding may have changed since I lived there; depending which way the apartment faces, it may be noisy being right on mass ave; basement where laundry is located is unsafe, ie. asbestos; many problems with heat/hot water working in the winter; mailboxes were not lockable. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
