I've lived here for almost two years (pretty much since they opened), and I love it with one or two exceptions. The sound insulation is pretty bad. You can hear everything from the apartment above yours (I know other residents have had the same problem). Also, there is a lack of visitor parking (plenty available across the street in the municipal lot, but not right there). The guys who work there are great. They're always more than happy to help with anything and they take care of complaints almost immediately. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious and brand-new.
