As a resident you pay for parking

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I lived there for 2 years and liked a lot of things about it (brand new, next to the walking trail and center to town). But I could not believe you had to pay for parking $125 above ground and $150 for underground. Also they have this utility bill issued by the Legacy for oil or something that they expect you to pay for above and beyond your utility bill. In other words it is an expensive place to live.
