I am a current resident at the Legacy apartment complex. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. The apt units are spacious and new , the carpet changed everytime a new tenant moves in , the appliances are from 'kenmore' and are of the highest quality. The heating and cooling system is amazing . The best part is the friendly superintendant Dave crowley who attends to any repair almost on the same day. The neighbours are extremely decent. The place is very clean and the corridors are very well maintained by a cleaning crew. The management is very friendly and professional. The rent is high , but considering factors like location , service and quality its ok to pay the money. The only thing negative about this is that we gotta pay $150 monthly for parking .
Other than that it is definitely a great place to live in with the beautiful minuteman walkway right behind and a bus stop right in front of the place.
