We have lived here for over 2 years, and have been very happy.

Pros: Great location in Arlington Center, next to the bike path, Spy Pond, sports fields, playgrounds, as well as all the amenities of Arlington Center. 5 bus lines run directly in front of the building, eliminating the need for a car if you work downtown. The apartment is large, bright and well insulated. Maintenance is prompt and friendly (Dave rules!). Snow removal is nothing short of amazing through all the snow we have gotten this year. The price, while expensive, is more than fair when compared to other apartments and complexes. Heat/AC is not included, but tends to be very very inexpensive. Garage parking (but it is extra). Rent increases, if any, have been nominal. The complex is very quiet, we hardly ever hear our neighbors.

Cons: Not the highest quality finishes in the apartment, some noise from Mass Ave (be aware what side you are on!), the workout room needs an overhaul, parking (surface or garage) is extra and not cheap. There are 2 guest parking spots for the entire complex, unless you request an overnight tag ahead of time (which costs $5).
