I lived at 71 Grove St and I am so sad to leave. The apartment was completely redone when we moved in, we had beautiful hardwood floors, and it felt like a warm family in our building. Frank (our super) was so fantastic!! He responded within hours to our request and I think we had one the entire time. I even had some financial difficulties and management was so kind in helping me out. Definitely live here, they are fantastic!!!
