I wrote a very positive review last year re. the apartments at 67/69/71 Grove Street, Arlington. Since the last review, my rent has been raised 10%. With the arrival of spring one tenant has taken to hanging her laundry in the parking lot, and setting up a veggie garden in blue plastic recycle bins both in the fire lane, We now have a parking lot with the distinct look of a not upscale trailer park.

Again, there are a couple of families in 67 whose pre teen boys use the parking lot as their personal playground with no supervision from their families, loud shouting (foul language) and sandlot baseball games that have dinged and scratched a number of cars.
