Have some issues

I live at 252 Mass Avenue. They have one parking lot for 3 small buildings. The parking is unassigned, therefore many times there are no "real" parking spaces forcing people to park blocking other vehicles. I think that is pretty annoying. If there were assigned spots we could make sure every car parked there really belongs in the lot.
The windows are poor and allow too much cold air in. The apartments are spacious and the flooring is in good condition. They only have 3 washers for all 3 buildings. The landlord is OK
