1. BAD management! A small thing like locked out will take you hours and hours, phone calls after phone calls. First they promise you someone will show up in half hour, but they don't forget to remind you that you call after 30 minutes if nobody is showing up. I understand now why they remind you that. Because they are not coming!!! You call again, they tell you the something!!! Then after 5 calls, 4 hours passing by, they suddenly tell you that you should call a locksmith and give you a number. I wonder why they didn' tell you that earlier!!!!!! If you express your emotion a little bit, they hang up on you!!!!!!!!!!
