I pretty much do not have any problems with the Avondale. The people who work here are awesome. Whenever there is a problem in my apartment, I just call and they come over within that day...no longer than that. If you have a problem with getting your full amount of rent in, they completely understand...but just get it in within the next couple days. It's not a high luxury place or anything but it meets my needs and love it here. I feel pretty safe here. There are alot of little kids but they never have bothered me. Noise is not an issue in my building either. Overall, I like it here.
