Not the best place to live

I used to live at the Avaondale for almost a year.
i had to break my lease after i reported finding cockroaches and nothing was done about it.
The maitence people know every personal thing there is no know about the tenants and so do their families.
You cannot walk by the office without getting a stare down.
the walls are paper this and there were cracks in every corner of the apartment.
As well as the rent being outrageous they were still going up when I left and now I hear they i would not recomment the Avondale.
Also, the manager at the facility, Karen would constantly yell at the children.
She would close the pool when she felt like it which never stayed open
