The apartment was very dirty when I arrived, it took cleaning professionals four hours to clean it.
The rug has lumpy padding and areas where pices were put together rather than a single seamless piece.
The door to the balcony has mold on it and the staff has never cleaned it.
When maintance enters the apartment "to change filters" they move possessions, that I want on the floor, onto the top of my clean things.
The refrigterator has a broken gasket and the doors do not close properly.
The apartment heater does not work right and has not been fixed.
There is a water leak from the air conditioner and it has not been fixed.
The reputation is so very bad that the furniture rental company only sent broken furniture.
I think the owner wants it to be better, but the management company is clueless.
