This place is not elaborate or expensive, but perfectly nice. It is generally quiet, although sometimes I can hear the people below me listening to music, but it is not kids having wild paries or anything. The walls are thin, but it is generally quiet, as people are curtious and respectful. It is extremely safe, literally nothing bad has ever happened here. There is ample parking, the maintence staff isn't that bad. I wouldn't want to live here forever, but as a first aprtment or something, totally fine.
