Nice apartments but very high heat- rudest management staff ever

I lived there for 10 months. The management staff, Tammy especially was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She was a nightmare. I don?t know how the business is still running with them. The apartments were nice and roomy but the electric bills were sky high. I paid $100-$125 a month for one person. The apartments are ice cold in the winter. If you try and break a lease for valid reasons the staff will torment you and try to prositcute to the fullest. The grounds are nice and safe but you really have to think hard about whether you want to deal with the staff.
