I agree with a prior review that that apartments are decent in general, but subpar management will leave you crying for a lawyer
Management is quite unpleasant and indeed makes up rules on the fly. In addition they are slow to respond to requests and use borderline legal strongarm tactics to frighten tenants into new policies.
The units can get quite cold in the winter, driving heating bills quite high, and the so-called refrigerator is something out of the 1950s with room barely enough for a loaf of bread.
My advice, pay more in money and less in headaches. Stay away from Brook Haven Estates
