Things happen while you're under a lease, and sometimes you NEED to break the lease to move due to a job, family situation, etc. This happened to me and they sucked me dry. I was charged $175 for "light cleaning" when I left the apt spotless. I was also charged for replacing the carpets ($410) when the carpets were only 3 months old. Find another place, it may seem cheap, but they get you in the long run. Also--I was in a 1st floor (really the basement) apt and everything was covered with mold after 3 months, very very damp, ruined a lot of nice furniture.
