I lived at Brook Haven in the mid 1990s. It was cheap and that's about it. Electric heat is expensive in the winter it cost over $100.00 a month to heat a 2 room apartment; some of the neighbors were loud and obnoxious and there was a lot of duck dropping all over the place which was unpleasant. There was a pond on the property. Lastly, I agree with what was said about the property manager. I lived there oversix years ago and my memory of her rhymes with rich...Their prices have gone up a lot since then, but the same old problems are there.

Take it from me, look elsewhere.
