No longer a peaceful place

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Management doesn't care who they rent to. More and more young people in their late teens - early twenties are moving in. Along with drugs, alcohol,loud music, and noisy friends. Weekend in party time in these apartments. Walls in apartments are very thin so there is no peace. Very expensive to live here. Large heating bills.
