This has to be the most frustrating place I have ever lived. You have a manager who never leaves her office or the games on her computer and has no idea what is going on. The maintanence staff runs this place. If you are lucky enough to be in their "good" graces you can get things fixed. Word around here was "don't piss off the maintenance guys or you get nothing". Excuse me but who is paying your salary. If you are ever less fortunate to live in a building that a maintenance person lives in, life is then certainly hell. This certainly has to be declared the best place to work in Massachusetts. The staff rips this place off blind all at rent payers expense. They get free rent and utilities. Not that that is not enough they supply their apartments with Brook Haven supplies (Home Depot has nothing on this place), get their carpets cleaned for free (I had to pay outside contractors), free laundry and much much more. The staff here is arrogant and has the mentality "if you don't like it here you don't have to live here". Someone needs to knock these people off their almight pedistal. No thanks...I would rather have my rent go to a place that will use it to make ME happy not the staff. In conclusion, they are so desperate to rent they will rent to anyone. I predict in a few years this will be another slum lord.
