I have been here just about a year and also the first time away from home and I have had no issues. As for the comments about the maintainence staff I have never had an issue they are always prompt and courteous. The fix things just as they should be fixed (very few thing shave needed to be fixed). I guess its just that I don't try to cause problems and I go about my daily life so thats why I don't have issues. I have had some experiences with the office staff and they have always been pretty helpful and understanding. Soon I will be buying a house but this was definately a good choice for the transition. My apartmant was well maintained and and in decent condition. Overall, No complaints here.
