It is amazing that when things are good, no one bothers to write a review about what is so good about an apartment complex. When someone is confronted with something they did wrong, how the tables turn. They will not only write a review, but also falsify information, or at the very least bend it their way.

As for my experience with Brook Haven, I am very happy living here. I have lived here for over 10 years and will be here for 10 more. The staff is friendly and always receptive to my needs and maintenance issues.

I am afraid that you are generalizing in your comments. I lived at Brook Haven Estates a while back, and made very honest comments, both good and bad, about the complex. It is unfair of you to disregard bad experiences that people DID have by saying they are falsifying their experiences. My report, again both good and bad, was in no way falsified. When I lived there, the management was indeed unresponsive to requests at times, while the maintenance staff that worked there were friendly and helpful. Many of the comments about the management of the complex were indeed correct, and criticism of the way they handled people and situations was warranted. But, overall, the actual complex itself was indeed quite nice.
