The apartments are small and inexpensive, especially if you have a roomate. The area (Attleboro) kinda really sucks. There is nothing to do in the area, and there are some rather sketchy folk who live nearby. The complex itself is safe enough, and quiet enough. But overall, I am glad I am out of Attleboro. Maintenance is usually relatively quick with any complaints. Tennis courts are barely useable. Parking is never a problem. Overall, somewhat of a mixed back, I liked it better when I first moved in 3 years ago.
