This place looks to be decent from the outside with the manicured lawns and duck filled pond, but take a closer look and you will see this place is nothing more than a glorified project.

The staff is so unprofessional I can't believe they still have jobs and no one from the main office has taken notice. They speak negatively about the other residents to other residents. I have personally been told by a maintenance person, who in the complex are sleeping together, have cocaine habits, and who is on social security and can??t pay their rent any will be getting evicted. What??s more the leasing manager gets in on the act by divulging personal information about other residents to residents that she has become personal friends with.

What is most disturbing to me is the favoritism some residents receive, like a free laundry key when everyone else has to pay for laundry, or terminating their lease without the proper notice or any notice at all. You can be sure I will be reporting this behavior to the property management office. Brook Haven is not what it appears??.
