In my 1 year experience living at BrookHaven, it was a challenge from the word go! I wasn't in the complex a couple of days, and already had complaints logged against me and my children! Tried to be polite and independent, but this place is like a prison! Once they get you in, you get constant reminders of rules and regulations. I felt like I was singled out and treated like i was inferior. Was sooo happy to leave. The office is staff is not professional nor friendly. It's all politics. Not a place i would recommend.

All politics huh? ....well so is your review. There is absolutely no substance to it, it is all spin. All you did was state that there was complaints made against you and your children. You fail to mention for what. Maybe these are the same kids that woke me up several time at 7 am on a saturday morning? I however never made any complaints about them to the office. So just because your children may have annoyed a few people that live there enough to call the office, and because you had a constant guilty conscience your gonna put down the entire apartment complex? With all due respect get a clue. Either write a more clearative review, or grow up, because it in fact almost looks like your children wrote this review.

I lived there for a while, and it was a very peaceful serene place to live. I recall going for walks around the pond, and reading on my balcony and walking to Lasallette Shrine.. no complaints here.

I live here at Brook Haven and just signed my second lease. I also find it a very peaceful serene place to live. I enjoy the walks around the pond and setting on my balcony enjoying the peacefullness. I have wonderful neighbors who are friendly, helpful and respectful. If you are looking for a home this is a pleace to be. The staff are accommodating and friendly. We had a community BBQ party last week. Staff worked very hard.....it was a success!! No complaints here from L.Wilson
