Hey guys read your lease. It is very clear on entrance for repairs. This is apartment living, if you want to control service entry, buy a house. There was a rough period before the property manager hired the new maintenance guy. She has a tough job, but even she has no control over mother nature. Get real, any group of people needs rules. She keeps things in check. I think Crystal is a great place to live. I love the easy access to the highway.
