I lived here for over a year. The first company that owned the building was ok. there were a few staff so if you had an emergency you would be able to get ahold of someone. then it all changed. I was never notified of the change of ownership. the new owner is completey the rudest person i proibably will ever meet. He would call me every single day harassing me. He is a complete jerk. My circumstance was unique and we were working out a n agreement to extend my lease for a month as i was moving out of state. we had an agreement and then the next day he changed it. He freaked out on me as i wasn't home to answer his calls then begins to explain to me that he went into my apartment without even telling me and inspected my house he said it was fine but wants me out. what the heck! he's a complete jerk he tried insulting me telling me to grow up. i'm 26 year old single mom working my butt off for a new life. what right does he have' i really dont recommend moving here you can't get ahold of anyone after 5 o'clock, if he calls to talk to you and your not there he yells at you if you dont call him right back. he's incredibly rude.
