Management changes like the weather. If you call the office there is never anyone available to assist you. The quality of living is lessoned by the quality of people that are being let in due to the inablity to rent the units, why'' First of all if the freight train doesn't wake you up everynight at 1 a.m. then the fighting of various tenants will. Want your car vandalized or your UPS packages stolen' Would you like to have broken promises by management' Then move here.
