I have been here for 3 months, Yes the price is a bit high for the area, but isn't everything' I shopped around this area and this was about the best your going to get, other places just didn't have the space or washer/dryer or the price was to close to compare. The new management is definitely putting a good effort into getting the place picked up, I had to have something fixed and the repair guy was there in less than 2 hours. it is the quietest place that I have lived in, I don't hear my side neighbors at all, and the people upstairs just slightly,im used to hearing stomping from people upstairs, but its not bad at all here. There is a lot of space between the first floor and the second so it helps with noise issues(ita a crawl space, it used to be a factory). I have noticed a couple weird looking bugs come up from the sink, and shower area (no roaches or anything like that!!)Yes there are trains at night, I don't think they are bad at all, but to be fair I do live on the side of the building away from the tracks! There is a big mix of people from all walks of life. There are pets here, but the new management is not allowing more to new tenants think. its a decent place, just be honest with yourself too, I mean if you want to find something to complain about, you will, but your going to get that almost everywhere. I know I have had many apartments. If you are a really picky person there are more expensive (say $1200 and up)and nicer places near the registry, but if you can afford those you can afford your own house!
