Sucks - Live only if can't find anything else

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This place sucks! It is very expensive. Hot water is not included in the rent and in winters your electric bill is going to be at least $200.

Locality is also very bad. Cars are not safe. If that's not enough wait till Fire alarm goes off in the midle of the night.

You are better off some other place.
