Not in residential area - Industrial Area - Along the rail tracks ? Bad Choice

Surrondings are not great. Overall rent value is also not good. There is no lawn no open space. Everything is tight packed.

Almost no insulation - very high electric bill. Heat is electric. Water heating is also electric. Overall electric billis more than $150 to $200 in winters.
