This place still sucks!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Place really sucks! Electric Bills are so high.I paid on average $200 per month.

Plumming is so bad here. One side of the complex is so near to the train tracks that it is very hard to sleep at night. Surroundings are also not very nice. I don't know why I chose this place in the first place
