I have lived here for 3 years without any complaints from anyone against me. I have never utilized the maintanence staff for anything and do not bother the property manager, however, she is the rudest person that I have ever met. She will ask inappropriate questions that are not in the scope of her position and one day I witnessed her yelling at these kids. If I was their parents, I would have filed harrassment charges as well as reported her to her boss. I have contacted her boss several times, however, he has yet to respond to me (this was over a month ago). Her name is Frances Brazil and she has been here for about 16 years and behaves extremely unprofessionally. On a positive note, I love living here (I could certainly do with her though), the apartments are spacious, plenty of closet space and balcony. Although, watch out because Fran likes to stand over the mail man and see who is getting what kind of mail. I have seen her and reported her to the post ofice. The postal man was reprimanded for allowing this action and I have yet to see her do it again, however, I haven't been around very much.
