WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND NO PROBLEMS WITH ANYONE. YES, THE LANDLADY CAN BE A LITTLE REDICULOUS SOMETIMES (BUT, IF YOU HAD TO PUT UP WITH WHAT SHE DOES YOU PROBABLY WOULD BE ALSO.)
FRAN ALWAYS IS PATIENT WITH EVERYONE ON THEIR RENTS AND ALWAYS GETS THINGS DONE.
I JUST THINK ITS VERY HUMUROUS THAT THESE COMPLAINTS ARE ON HERE. AND, IF YOU NOTICE THE TENENCY PERIODS...''.... THEN YOU WOUNDER IF ITS SO BAD.... WHY DO THEY STAY' LOL
I HAVE LIVED IN A TWO BED APT. AND THEN WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN WE MOVED INTO A TOWN HOUSE HERE AND NEVER HAVE WE SEEN ONE ROACH OR MOUSE OR RAT...... ITS SO RIDICULOUS WHAT THESE PEOPLE WILL SAY AFTER TRHEY HAVE BEEN EVICTED!!
THEY GET MAD AT FRAN FOR DOING HER JOB AND SENDING MEMOS TO REMIND THEM IF THEY ARE LATE WITH RENT.

People stay because the rent is cheap. Its that simple. I've lived at Hillcrest for many years and our apartment has been infested with cockroaches. They kept giving us these cardboard "roach motels". After 2 years of complaining they finally had an exterminator spray. Parking here is rediculous. There is never enough parking for company and if someone parks in your spot you'll have to park down the street. A few years ago it was really bad with drug dealers selling their drugs out front all night long. Hillcrest did nothing about it. They refused to hire security or evict these people. Enough of us kept calling the cops and put these creeps in jail. Its much better now. They currently have a great maintenance/groundsperson but have had some really bad ones in the past. In the past they'd never fix anything right. One of the crew would steal from people's apartments when they were gone. Regardless of all the problems if the rent stays cheap I'm staying here.
