Here's why you shouldn't rent at Wood's Edge Apartments in Attleboro, MA:
* High rent, poor maintenance. Due to offsite maintenance staff, tenants have to wait days or weeks to have the simplest repairs completed.
* Apartments falling apart. Renovated units are not offered at a discount to existing tenants.
* Unprofessional part-time Office staff. Office is rarely open during advertised hours.
* Abandoned cars were left on the property for over a year.
* Poor fire safety: fire doors left open, numerous false fire alarms, empty propane tanks and car batteries left by dumpsters, one dumpster actually set on fire. Very Dangerous combination!
Bottom Line: Look elsewhere!
