Olde Towne was a bit pricey but we had a very nice 3-bedroom apartment that met the needs of our 5 person family. Vary responsive to problems but very particular during move-out. They charge you for everything if it is not perfect and attempt to keep your deposit.
Raised rent over $100 on second year lease.
