Small Apartments and extremely over-priced. Appliances are small and of poor quality. Was told when I moved in that there was a twice yearly inspection to fix problems. Never did happen once. Noisy, Noisy, Noisy. All you could hear was kids. The adults weren't a whole lot better. I really felt that the rabbits on the deck was the final straw compared to what the management complained to other tenants about. The management comes and goes when they feel like it, making it impossible to get ahold of anyone. They could reduce the rent by half and I wouldn't go back.
