We lived in this apartment complex during the renovations. They took all that was in our lease, ie...storage, playground,and tennis courts (basically anywhere a kid could play). We were ignored anytime we had a concern. There was a water leak coming from the ceiling one time and the maintenance dept accused me of throwing water in the vent to make it look like a leak...well, a week later he replaced the tub drain in the apartment above. There was a major sewage leak one time that consumed a lot of our valuables and it took an act of god to get compensated by them. The management there is a "do as I say and not as I do type". No pets allowed however the manager, Denise also lived there and had a dog. The rent increases are outrageous.....more than a hundred dollars a year....I was asked to remove my vehicle from the property because I walked to work....my vehicle was registered, insured and driveable. Tell a child she cannot have a dog....the look was enough to make you cry. So....enough said but not all said....I hope this helps....please....find another place to bring your family up.....you won't regret residing elsewhere...... k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

i second that i live there now i've lost hot water twice which both times didn't get fixed for a week. we never got a deduction on our rent for no hot water. which on the lease says hott water is included. also maintaince there is a joke. ive had a issue with my electrical box. i turn the fan over the stove on and turn on the microwave and the box trips and i lose power everytime. maintaince says it not a big deal and just keep resetting it. this place is definitly not worth the money there asking. people look else were cuz this place is a ---- hole!!!
