Overall Nice Living Situation

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Lived there for 1.5 years. Modest rent increase (5% a year), flexible terms (we could sign a 6 month instead of a whole year).
Apartments are in good condition. Each one has balcony. Fairly new windows, living room has big sliding door.
Fairly well insulated as far as sound - what we could hear in the hallway we couldn't hear inside the apartment. Full size appliances in good condition.
Safe area in and around complex. Parking was not a problem. Close to buildings and always a spot available.
Overall nice apartments in good condition. Safe environment for families or singles.
